The hotel was amazing! Very clean, great location and good service. One thing about our booking experience, we booked half board and when we arrived we discovered it wasn’t half board, Booking has issues! Bad experience with Booking app!!

Great location, service more mixed

Beautiful location. Great pools, beach and spa! Rooms were large and very comfortable, with a good size balcony and amazing shower.

Sadly there were Ants in our bed with no clear source of what was attracting them. While most staff were pleasant, a manager called our room late at night while we were in bed to check if we were still there. This was apparently due to a mix up with our extended second nights stay so they expected the roomto be vacant. We are still unclear how this wasnt addressed during the day when they had multiple opportuties to speak to us during the days as we made three separate visits to reception,including to reactivate the room key. When we went to reception to resolve this, the receptionist was rude and shouted at her manager on the phone to deal with us. Not what I expect from a high end hotel, especially when we were celebrating our engagement.

location was great - staff was friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Rama

the taxi was expensive this resort should contract with any company of transportation to reduce the cost of the taxi all the taxi was token JD 5 it should be less the resort was wonderful but I will not reserve it again is far away from the center and the bathrooms there is no Bathroom bidet we are not in a foreign country it should at least be available AT HOUSEKEEPING

The hotel is very beautiful and one of the most beautiful hotels I have visited

Most of the employees are new and cannot answer all inquiries. In addition, they told us that your reservation through Booking does not include breakfast, and after a long time and debate, they were convinced that my reservation included breakfast.

The Breakfast was great! So much variety and tastes great.

The programmed lights in the room didn’t work, room service food was just ok. And beach service was slow. Pool service was great though

The hotel facilities and room was very modern and nice.

There was a bad smell in the room, I guess from the bathroom. Also, the at the breakfast there was a section for pancakes and waffels however, there is no one to serve it to you. And they cost you extra charge for any hot drinks other than coffee and black tea.

First time!!

Everything....from check in to check out. We booked regency suite...with a nice lagoon view. Our reservation included access to regency club and the spa...both were really nice things..as you can some snacks after swimming in the lounge. The design of the spa is amazing and relaxing. The breakfast has many options and all was good. The pool area is clean and nice. The staff is really friendly and know the hotel well.

I could not find falafel on breakfast....which is most important thing for when staying in a hotel in Jordan....hopefully next time the will add it to the breakfast.

The hotel does not have real sea front as it on a lagoon . Didnt feel like im swimming in the sea or setting on a real beach!

In general the food was good, stuff always smiling which is great, no much noises in hotel and it's very clean and healthy place, specially the pools, i likes them a lot

The re-fill process in the restaurant is slow, and the way of organizing the food is a little bit distracting. the valet are very slow, it took them 20 min to bring the car more than 2 times, misuse of the valet app. as they sent you a note that the car is arrived while it's not. the service by the housekeeping is little bit slow, like it took them almost half an hour to bring a toothbrush after a 2nd reminder. No direct access to the beach, you need to go out of the hotel to access it.

The facilities and the professional manners of staff. The pools are good and clean.

More restaurants. An ATM machine. Location is not served by transportation and it is far from city. Mobile phone local network is not strong (Umniah).

Poor choice of restaurants and like all hotel in Aqaba the fact that you smoke shisha and that the staff is even encouraging you to smoke asking at least 4times if you want a shisha. Plus, the smell of it when eating it’s really annoying !
